We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. 3. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, a 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply. 4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies do happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
